Ownership from day one
The repository is the client’s from the first commit. No licence-back, no escrow arrangement, no leverage held in reserve.
A Cyprus software company that measures itself by what happens to a system after it is handed over.
The software industry has a quiet commercial incentive to leave things slightly hard to take over.
Nobody writes that incentive down, and most developers would deny it sincerely. But undocumented decisions, missing tests and a repository that only one person really understands all produce the same commercial outcome: the client cannot leave.
RYNTHARA treats the handover package as the actual deliverable. Source, history, decision record, tests and a runbook are agreed at the start of a project rather than negotiated at the end, when the budget is gone and the enthusiasm with it.
The result is that clients can leave. Some do. Rather more of them stay, which is a considerably better reason to have a client than the alternative.
Values are cheap to write down. These are the ones that cost us something when we follow them.

We choose tools a competent developer can already read. An interesting framework choice is usually the previous team’s gift to the next one.
A fair number of enquiries end with "an off-the-shelf tool does this". That answer costs us a project and saves you one.

Estimates come from the people doing the work, which is why they tend to be uncomfortable rather than convenient.
Build it so the next developer does not have to phone you.
Describe the process and what currently goes wrong. If a spreadsheet or an off-the-shelf tool would do it better, that is what you will hear.
